This Privacy Notice describes how [No Signal Mfg] (“[No Signal”, “we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, discloses  and otherwise processes information about you. This Privacy Notice applies to information we collect when  you access or use our services and other online products and services that link to this Privacy Notice (collectively, the “Services”) or otherwise interact with us, such as through our customer support channels. We may provide different or additional notices of our privacy practices for certain products, services, or  activities, in which case those notices will supplement or replace the disclosures in this Privacy Notice. 

If you choose to use our Services, your use and any concerns you may have about privacy are subject to  this Privacy Notice and our Terms of Use. We may change this Privacy Notice from time to time. If we make  changes, we will notify you by revising the date at the top of this Privacy Notice. We encourage you to  review this Privacy Notice regularly to stay informed about our information practices and the choices  available to you. 

1. COLLECTION OF INFORMATION 

The information we collect about you depends on your interactions with us. In this section, we describe  the categories of information we collect and the sources of this information. 

a. INFORMATION YOU PROVIDE DIRECTLY TO US. We collect information you provide directly to  us. For example, we collect information directly from you when you create an account, make a purchase,  communicate with us on social media, participate in our loyalty program, request customer support, provide  a product review, or otherwise communicate with us. The types of information we collect directly from you  include your name, day and month of birth, shipping address, email address, phone number, and any other  information you choose to provide. If you make a purchase from us, we work with third-party payment  processors to collect and process your payment information. 

b. INFORMATION WE COLLECT AUTOMATICALLY. We automatically collect information when  you access and use the Services, including as follows: 

i. Transaction information: When you make a purchase or return, we collect information about your  transaction, including products you purchased, returned, or are considering purchasing from us, the  purchase price, and the date and location of the transaction. 

ii. Device, usage, and activity information: We collect information about how you access our  Services, including data about the device and network you use (such as your web browser type, hardware  model, and IP address). We also collect information about your activity on our Services, including the route  by which you access our Services, access dates and times, browsing behavior (such as pages or products  viewed and links clicked), and items placed in your shopping cart.  

iii. Information collected via cookies, and other tracking technologies: We use tracking  technologies, such as cookies, log files, web beacons, tags, pixels, and other technologies to collect  information about your interactions with the Services and our marketing communications. Cookies are data  files that are placed on your device or computer and often include a string of alphanumeric characters. We may also collect information about you from other users if they choose to disclose  that information to us via the services, such as if they purchase gifts for you, and from identity verification  services, advertising networks, and data analytics providers. 

d. INFORMATION WE DERIVE. We may derive information or draw inferences about you based on  the information we collect. For example, we may infer your approximate location based on your IP address  or that you are interested in purchasing certain products based on your browsing behavior and past  purchases. 

2. USE OF INFORMATION 

We use information that we collect to provide, maintain, and improve our Services, such as fulfilling any  orders placed through the Services (including arranging for shipping), providing customer service, and  providing you with invoices or order confirmations.

For instance, we may screen orders we receive for potential risk of fraud; 

h. COMPLY WITH LEGAL AND FINANCIAL OBLIGATIONS: In certain cases, we have a legal  obligation to collect, use, or retain information about you; and 

i. PURPOSES FOR WHICH WE SEEK YOUR CONSENT: We may also ask for your consent to use  information about you for a specific purpose that we communicate to you. 

3. TARGETED ADVERTISING AND ANALYTICS

We engage others to provide analytics services, serve advertisements, and perform related services across  the web and in mobile apps. These entities may use cookies, web beacons, device identifiers, and other  technologies to collect information about your use of the Services and other websites and applications,  including your IP address and other identifiers, web browser and mobile network information, pages viewed,  time spent on pages or in apps, links clicked, and conversion information. This information is used to deliver  advertising targeted to your interests on other companies’ websites or mobile apps and to analyze and track  data including to understand how our ads perform and determine the popularity of certain content, and  better understand your online activity.

We disclose information about you as described in the “Targeted Advertising and Analytics” section above  and in the following scenarios:

We make information available to our vendors, service  providers, and contractors who perform services on our behalf, such as companies that assist us with web  hosting, shipping and delivery, fraud prevention, customer service, surveys, payment processing, analytics,  and marketing and advertising. 

b. CORPORATE AFFILIATES. We may disclose information among our holding company,  subsidiaries, and corporate affiliates. 

c. THE PUBLIC. If you provide a product review or otherwise post content on our Services, the public  will be able to see this information. 

d. CORPORATE TRANSACTIONS. Information may be disclosed or transferred as part of, or during  negotiations of any purchase, sale, lease, merger, amalgamation or any other type of acquisition, disposal,  securitization, or financing involving us. 

e. PROFESSIONAL ADVISORS. We disclose information to our legal, financial, insurance, and other  advisors where necessary to obtain advice or otherwise protect and manage our business interests. 

f. LEGAL REQUIREMENTS. We may disclose information about you, if necessary, in our good faith  judgment, to comply with laws or regulations or in response to a valid subpoena, order, or government  request. 

g. TO PROTECT OUR RIGHTS AND RIGHTS OF OTHERS. We disclose information if we believe  that your actions are inconsistent with our user agreements or policies, if we believe that you have violated  the law, or if we believe it is necessary to protect the rights, property, and safety of us, our users, the public,  or others. 

h. WITH YOUR CONSENT AND AT YOUR DIRECTION. We make information available to third  parties when we have your consent or you intentionally direct us to do so.  

We also disclose aggregated or de-identified information that cannot reasonably be used to identify you.  We process, maintain, and use this information only in a de-identified fashion and will not attempt to re identify such information, except as permitted by law.

We store information about you only for as long as necessary to carry out the purposes for which we  originally collected it and for other business purposes explained in this Privacy Notice. 

6. YOUR CHOICES 

a. ACCOUNT INFORMATION. You can access and delete certain information stored within your  online account by contacting us at [info@nosignalmfg.com]. 

b. COOKIES AND SIMILAR TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES. As described above, we use cookies  and similar tracking technologies for various purposes, including to analyze visits to our Services and deliver  targeted advertising on other companies' websites or mobile apps. Most web browsers are set to accept  cookies by default. If you prefer, you can usually adjust your browser settings to remove or reject browser  cookies. Please note that removing or rejecting cookies could affect the availability and functionality of our  Services, such as remembering certain account preferences.
